Hypercore Networks was founded in 2016 with a large SMB client base. While we always had the ability to service large enterprise customers successfully, Hypercore’s Executive Team understood the creation of specialized division which focused solely on Strategic Level Accounts (Enterprise, VARS, System Integrators, etc.) was going to be a key component in our Future Roadmap as we continued to grow and mature as a company.
In the last few years, Hypercore has worked extensively in the Enterprise space and provided these customers the additional resources and feature sets they required. The investment in personnel and additional resources has received a very positive response from the market. Hypercore has signed several very large and well-known Enterprise accounts over the last few years and successfully deployed large, multi-site engagements that all met or exceeded customers’ expectations and requirements.
As part of our continuing efforts to provide our clients and partners specialized support and programs aimed at improving the customer experience, we proudly introduce to you, CORE Strategic Accounts (CSA). This specialized team will be led by Kurt Kopack, and they will be sharing updates / special feature announcements available only to these CORE Strategic Account clients. While we are further developing this new division, the following bullet points summarize key features and benefits offered by the CSA Team at this time:
· DEDICATED ACCOUNT SUPPORT
o CSA leader, Kurt Kopack brings 20+ years of highly successful experience in the Enterprise / VAR market. Kurt’s specialized knowledge & experience in this space will provide CSA clients premium support through a consultative and long-term approach.
o In addition to dedicated account management, CSA clients will have dedicated pricing AND customer service support provided by Angelo Perez. Angelo has studied under Kurt and has developed a strong reputation in the Pricing and Customer Service fields.
o CSA clients will also have dedicated Project Management & Engineering resources assigned to their account.
· QUARTERLY BUSINESS REVIEWS (QBR)
o Due to the complexity of CSA clients’ networks, detailed QBR’s will be provided (in person or via teleconference).
o QBR’s will be focused on providing updates for any outstanding issues as well as a performance matrix designed to ensure the CSA Team is held accountable for ensuring the highest levels of service.
· EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT SPONSORSHIP
o CSA clients will have introduction calls with the CORE Executive Team to ensure familiarity with these clients and their networks.
o CSA clients will have access to the CORE Executive Team for escalations should they be necessary.
· SPECIAL PRICING ACCESS
o Due to the size & complexity of CSA client’s networks, clients will receive our most aggressive pricing models designed to drive the highest possible ROI.
In the next few weeks, Hypercore Networks will be formally launching CORE Strategic Accounts and begin marketing efforts aimed at clients that qualify for inclusion within the CSA program. While this document is our initial announcement of CSA, additional communication will be forthcoming over the next few months as we finalize details and specialized offerings available to CSA clients.
Hypercore Networks views the creation of the CSA Team as a natural extension of our methodology, that the best relationships are those that are mutually beneficial. We firmly believe the specialized focus of the CSA Team will be embraced by our Enterprise prospects.
