Finding short-term and reliable connectivity solution that met the demands of their weekend conference which included multiple vendors who needed to process credit card payments on site and a solution that could meet the demands of their timeline, traffic, and budget.
Solution:
Customer reached out 30days before conference and we worked with the carrier and the agent to deploy a 100 X 100 circuit and provide connectivity within 2 days (including testing) prior to event and uninstall the day after the conference all while meeting the customer’s budget.
Outcome:
Customer’s conference went off without a single hitch on the connectivity side.
