Chief Revenue Officer
As one of the core founders of Hypercore, Josh is one of the most connected sales leaders in the industry and also the most recognizable—likely due to the fact that he wears some crazy patterned pants around here. When he isn't leading the sales team in consistent MoM revenue growth, you can find him tending to his ranch alongside his wife and 3 children or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chief Operations Officer
Brian is COO and one of the founding members of Hypercore Networks. Brian brings 18 years of telecom experience to Hypercore and is responsible for overseeing the ‘award-winning’ Hypercore Networks back office. Prior to Hypercore, Brian was VP of Ops at Reallinx, a privately held data and voice service provider. Prior to Reallinx, he worked for Allegiance Telecom and XO Communications. Brian lives in Wylie, Texas with his wife, son, and German Shepherd. In his spare time, he loves to play golf, fly fish, run and travel with family.
Chief Financial Officer
Rick is one of the founding members and owners of Hypercore. Since conception, Rick has risen to every occasion as our Chief Financial Officer. What started out as a one-man show has grown into a fully functioning team of finance leaders thanks to Rick. Rick is a car enthusiast and enjoys fishing when he is not with his family.
Chief Information Officer
Warren has an interesting career spanning all types of industries, from supporting logistics systems for wine growers, engineering document management for a microchip factory, running the technology infrastructure of a publicly traded enterprise, and designing all the software and systems for a startup from bootstrap. He has helped to pave the way for early adoption of new technologies such as SD-WAN, SaaS, and virtualization. When he's not helping Hypercore bring the newest technologies to their customers, you can find him playing a board game with his family, woodworking or coaching a homeschool robotics team to the BEST Robotics program competition.
Chief technology officer
Ryan Rostvold, a graduate of UT Austin, brings 18 years of networking and IP engineering experience to the Hypercore Team. Prior to joining Hypercore as a founding partner, Ryan managed the Voice and Product Engineering teams for 9 years at Reallinx, a data and voice service provider. Prior to that he managed a Tier2 and Tier3 NOC teams at LodgeNet (now Sonifi) focusing on the Hospitality High Speed Wireless Internet Access. At Hypercore Networks, Ryan manages Sales Engineering and Production Engineering teams and oversees the advanced services portfolio including SD WAN, managed Security, LTE, and Voice.
Ryan has lived around the country but settled back down in Austin Texas with his wife and two children. You can usually find him running and biking on weekends. Hiking with the kids and his 5 year old rescue pup, or enjoying a scifi book or movie.
VP of Marketing
Taylor is new to telecom; however, she is no amateur to marketing or leadership. With years of experience in both the corporate and startup space, she brings a fresh perspective to Hypercore. Taylor exudes our company core values and has fit right into our company culture. When Taylor is not working, she can be found spending quality time with her husband, warrior son, two princesses, and one fur baby who love all things Disney, new adventures, and movies.
VP of Sales - West Region
Patrick is one of the original CORE members. Pat brings loyalty, vision, and passion to everything he touches along with his extensive solutions knowledge. Pat manages several of our fastest growing accounts and makes it look easy with his 14 years of industry experience. When Pat is not working, he is enjoying spending time with his wife and two kids, playing/watching/coaching sports, or cooking.
VP of Sales
Terry is one of the most charismatic team players we have at Hypercore. Terry is easy to work with; always there to help a carrier, a partner, a team member, or a stranger. Terry brings 5 years of telecom experience, 10 years in technology (hardware), and a lifetime of relationships to our team, all while promoting a healthy work/life balance. He has also lived in California, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, Florida, and now Texas with his wife and three children – 2 amazing boys and 1 sweet princess.
VP of Sales - Central Region
Kurt is very knowledgeable, always working, and looking for out of the box way to get the job done when the box does not cut it. Kurt builds a great relationship with his partners that feels more like a family or friends doing business. When Kurt is not working, you can find him building custom furniture or spending time with his son. Kurt is also very well known for his sarcasm and dry humor.
VP of Carrier and Client Relations
Rocky is a jack of all trades and has is hand in everything. Rocky truly fills all the gaps that may come about between sales and engineering to ensure the best Hypercore experience for carriers, partners, and customers. When Rocky is not working, he is spending quality time with his amazing super woman of a girlfriend and fur baby. Together, they enjoy taking new adventures and living a Hakuna matata life. Rocky can always be found in any crowd by his Disney tattoos.
VP of Commissions
Velvee is a native austinite and a seasoned professional with more than 35 years of leadership experience. For the last 25 years, she has been in the Information Technology industry specializing in project management, implementing enterprise software solutions and successful project management offices (PMOs). When she's not helping champion the Hypercore team, you can find her watching a basketball or football game; in fact, Velvee is affectionately known by her friends and family as a Dallas Cowboys “fanatic”.
