Our CORE Support Team at our Network Operations Center has been on the front lines for our customers since day one. With technology innovations and rapidly growing networks, our CORE Support Team recognized a greater need for customer control, support transparency, and streamlined processes.

WHY

The Customer Ticket Portal was created with the purpose of bringing us closer to our customers. We want customers to be able to communicate directly with their CORE Support Team Member and get the convenient assistance and/or information they need.

WHAT

This new portal is designed to bring convenience to support ticket resolution while providing the most transparent relationship we possibly can. The Customer Ticket Portal will give customers the option to open, view, and edit their current support tickets. The portal also gives every customer full visibility into the incident and how it is being handled by Hypercore.

FUTURE

The launch of our Customer Ticket Portal is just phase one of three as it relates to upcoming CORE technology that will be available to our customers AND our partners. Over the next several months, your CORE Team will be releasing several new features that will put transparency and control in the hands of our customers and partners alike. We are elated to report that customers participating in our beta phase of testing have already seen massive benefits from the Customer Ticket Portal.
