Our people are talented and properly trained to ensure the quality and efficacy of the important work we do in the channel. For this installment of the CORE blog, we get to hear from Eve Hoffman. She has been in the channel for over 12 years and has dedicated the time to develop her skillset and knowledge base of the solutions we offer. She is a valuable part of our team, and we are excited to hear from her below!
As a CORE Channel Manager with Hypercore for over a year now, I have been able to see firsthand what our company does best. As a global aggregator, we often get misrepresented as the middleman with no value-add. This is simply not true. We have connectivity, voice, security, SD-WAN, and so many more solutions to offer. Everything that is deployed, we put on one bill regardless of the number of sites a customer has. The piece many people overlook though, is our management. Many other companies can offer these solutions, but they do not put it all together and proactively manage the entire project from pre-installation to maintenance!
Speaking of our management, many have believed that Hypercore signs the deal and walks away. Well, this is also a misconception! We have a phenomenal project management team! Once a contract is signed, the customer gets assigned to a single point of contact – their Dedicated Project Manager. This Dedicated Project Manager walks hand-in-hand with every customer from pre-installation to billing. We know our partners do not have the time nor the support to manage the FOC dates, installations, construction, etc., so this is just one of the ways we bring value. All our Project Managers are Hypercore employees; they love what they do, and they are good at what they do. We are not like any other aggregator; we do not leave our partners or your customers hanging.
The biggest shock people have when learning about Hypercore is our monitoring and engagement with the end-user. We know that your customers’ businesses cannot go on without their network. For this, Hypercore pings each circuit every 30 seconds. If we do not receive a response within 3 minutes, our team will notify your customer of the outage while they are already working towards resolution. Our proactive monitoring is one of our biggest differentiators, yet most agents are not even aware of this value-add.
In my time at Hypercore, I have also noticed that many are not familiar with the excellent hands-on support the CORE team provides. We firmly believe in being the agent’s partner as opposed to being their provider. I am a big believer in ensuring the customers’ return on investment and keeping the agents positively moving forward.
